Not up to our expectations.
The building is way too hot and people complain to me and I don't even work there or live there. The food is not great. Things don't get fixed when it is brought to their attention that something needs fixing. They have very few people in the morning for breakfast which means the residents have to stay there for a very long time to get their food. It's just not what it was presented to me when I was making the decision to put someone there.

The person I met for the tour was very helpful and really enjoys her job. She showed me several units and well as the amenities. I think my relative could be happy there. I talked with several residence and 1 that was not but loved visiting her friend there.

The lady that showed me around was friendly and knowledgeable .I felt like I knew her. She helped wth exactly what I was looking for. I will be moving in on [date removed]. I would definitely recommend it for all people needing a safe place to live.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I like that my mom can live independently and at the same time not have to worry about meal prep and housecleaning. She now has balanced meals and her stress level is greatly diminished. Thank you

Things to know and ask before moving in
Well, since my client is been there which is a little over a year there's a lot of unrest that was going on with different management and people be laid off or people quit so now they under sunshine management, and we are hoping that things will kind of straightened out in communications from the staff to the residence will improve.
Transportation to different places is very limited, but the new management is hoping that eventually they will have seven days a week right now. I believe it's only three.

Need Better Senior Care
I would like to let you all know that my mom moved in to Holiday Harrison Regency in Ogden UT for only two months before we moved her out. First I would like to say the food service and food quality is horrible. You add Three meals into their rent and I'm confused to why, since the kitchen is always out of milk, juice, food that is on the menu each day. Not to mention the tenants don't get to put their own condiments on sandwiches or get to request food allergies to be eliminated off their food!!! Service is never on time, so tenants have to wait an hour to get meals over the scheduled time. There was one day the manager went to Costco to pick up food due to the lack of food in kitchen and tenants were asked to thank him for this service when the money came out of the tenants pockets to pay for the meal!!!! Very disappointing. Some of the staff are nice, but most of the staff don't even
care for or help the tenants when needed. The fire alarm went off a few times and the chief of fire department informed management that the fire alarms are old and need to be replaced. They have not updated any of the fire alarms and management didn't even know how to reset the alarm after they went off. This is very, very unnerving and scary to think the tenants are not safe incase of a fire!!! We have moved m mom out of this place and into a nicer place at half the cost. I worry now about all the other tenants who can't get around so easy or that have to deal with poor food, service and management issues. It's very sad to have them pay out every month and not have adequate attention or food.

Harrison Regent
We had to move my loved one out because they raised rates beyond her budget.
It's going to have a new elevator and the staff gets to know everyone. They keep tabs on the residents and call the family if they think there might be a problem. The dining area is bright and cheerful!

We just loved the tour and moving in. We stayed at [facility remove] didn't care for them. Also we stayed in North Logan I think it was [facility remove] didn't care for it either. Harrison Regent was just everything we wanted great job!

How I like ur here
Our GM is the best and really cares about us. She’s the best the remodel looks great. The people that work here are great . The staff is thoughtful and caring. The office manager is very helpful. I enjoy living here.

Don't take your elderly loved one here.
They will rip you off. They changed staff members to many times while my mother in law lived there for a mere 2 months. She lived on the third floor and flooded her bathroom . Yes causing damage to the apartment below.Had to move in with us because they said it would only take 2 weeks to repair, when it actually took almost 2 months. She moved in in Feb and had to move in with us [date removed], Still wasn't fixed latter part of May so we put in the 30 day notice in June. Now they are saying she still owes almost [removed]. So can't figure out the first and last month rent thing paid up front is our problem.

Our Experience
My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday Harrison Regent. The facility was recently purchased by Atria, so everything at the end of her stay was chaotic. All of the staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make my loved one feel comfort.

The price was good and it had an open door to a porch where we were able to build a small fence for my aunt's dog. It was a very nice community atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

Family Experience
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dining had some issues but I believe they have been resolved. The waitstaff all quit at the same time. The only problem we have found is the WiFi is not strong enough to use in my sisters apartment even though we were told it was available. So she expected to be able to use WiFi to stream the Roku. I will add that my sister is very happy living there. She is making friends and trying to join the activities when she can.
