With only 65 residents (and it’s not full) she doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. Her apartment with the outside patio is great. She real likes it. The food is good and the care staff amazingly friendly. These are the important things that make her happy. There’s been some staff turnover with the head nurse and the maintenance person which has caused some hiccups and we are hoping they will both be settled soon. I’ve biggest frustration has been with the financial department. We were given a month free and after four months are still trying to get that reflected in our invoices. This has been very frustrating but if we had to pick an area of frustration this is the least important to my mother-in-law’s happiness. The activities are ok but they do have some very good programs brought to Harbor Chase. The PT staff is very good too.
