There are some procedures that have been challenging, such as the medication protocols. It was easy with my mother but for my father, who's a veteran, it's still a challenge but it's getting better. \n\nThe daily activities offered are great. My mom LOVES playing BINGO. That said, they miss their old TV system (which unfortunately is a BIG deal to them).\n\nThe food is good but it would be nice if snacks were available between and/or after meals.The parking is difficult. There are often no spaces available. \n\nWhile it's a great facility, it's VERY expensive! I don't think the cost (approx. 11k/month) equates to what is offered.
