The grounds are beautiful and the lobby is like a nice hotel. The rooms are bright and inviting. There is a large lounge when you first enter and a small bar area that always has coffee ready and fresh fruit flavored water. The room themselves are well laid out with ample room in the bathroom for movement with a walker or wheelchair. There is a small balcony that looks onto the grounds. My father has a studio with a pony wall that separates his bed from the main living area and it is quite adequate in size and layout.\n\nMy father has not needed any of the levels of care, so I can’t really address that but I do know he’s receiving both PT and OT, and seems to like the therapists quite well. The staff are friendly, and maintenance has been great and responding to my father‘s needs in the room. Overall I have a very good impression of Granite Gate.
