Femms is a Gem
Great location from Balboa off 118 and not far from I-5. Wonderful, safe neighborhood and close by shopping and restaurants nearby so family will appreciate that. The caregivers are friendly and the resident I saw looked well taken care of and was very engaging. This house is spic and span but needs some TLC. This is a good option for consideration for your loved one.
