Moving a loved one into senior living for the first time was also a huge undertaking for our family and one we did not take lightly. We are extremely happy with the decision we made to move our dad to Evergreen and now into the Memory Care unit at Wellspring. In the six weeks he has been at Memory Care, his demeanor has changed significantly and is now in a much better place than he was those last few weeks in Independent.\nI cannot say enough about the staff at Evergreen Wellspring. Every interaction I have had with staff there has been positive and reassuring. They have helped us tremendously on the move-in process and getting everything in the condo ready. The process was daunting, especially since my mom is a widow and moved from out of state. Evergreen was very helpful in accommodations for this move. I would also like to add they put my mom up in a furnished apartment while waiting for her things to be delivered. We had issues with the moving truck, and this was amazing that they could have her stay there for the duration until her things arrived. They were beyond accommodating. The furnished apartment was so very helpful, because if this wasn't available, we would have had to put her in a hotel.
