About the facility Eden Acres Campus of Perry Lutheran Homes
Perry Lutheran Homes Eden Acres Campus is located on the rich plains of Perry, Iowa 25 miles NW of Des Moines. Eden Acres is like a close-nit community of extended friends and family and has been part of the Perry community since 1957.
In 2014, we opened a new, 72,000 square feet nursing, memory care and assisted living community featuring private suites, main street common areas, internal and external walking paths and so much more!
Independent living apartments are available with a variety of floorplans that include attached garages. All levels of senior care can be found in one location!
Our rooms, buildings and grounds are immaculate, but it's the love and care that you'll find inside to be the most beautiful of all. We'd be happy to have you call Eden Acres your home!
