Cozy homecare has been a great experience so far. The staff is so friendly and attentive to the clients, and my mother loves having her own bed room. Portions are large at mealtimes, and the food is good, which my mother also loves. A gardener comes once a week to maintain the grounds, and there’s a wrought iron fence around the property, so I know that my mother is safe. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Cozy Home Care has been in business for 16 years and we have over 20+ years experience in serving our elderly community. We have excellent reviews and references. Our care givers are highly trained and love our residents as well. They are very good at their job and professional taking care of our loved residents with pride and dignity. We are one of the best care homes in the Sacramento/Carmichael CA area. We are also within walking distance of the public library, Milagro the mini mall, other shopping stores, and restaurants. We are centrally located and serve the down town, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Folsom and, Roseville areas. Our community is a family environment and not a big institution. When you walk into Cozy Home Care you feel home.

Needs warmth and a smile
It was not the right fit for my loved one. The warmth of the staff was completely missing. They did not smile at all. They needed a different kind of staff. They did have a really nice front yard space with nice landscaping and you could sit in the sun under a big tree. They also had a fine backyard as well. I liked the owner, she was professional and friendly, but it was just the staff we had issues with.
I will say it is a very clean, good looking facility with a good price. It might be a fine fit for some.

Excellent

A Pleasant Tour
My tour of this facility was pretty nice. The home was very beautiful, they seem to keep things very nice and clean. The care giver during the tour wasn't very informative, but once the owner got there she answered all my questions. She was very sweet and friendly. This is a lovely home.
