We had someone come in for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week to care for my mother-in-law in our home. We had several different caregivers over a couple of months. The caregivers were fine - did their job, showed up on time, and out up with the demands of my MiL - but unfortunately my MiL is not easily pleased and always found something to complain about. We suspended our service when she went out of town for a week and have not resumed the service with Cornerstone Caregiving because we stumbled on another arrangement that seems to be working, for now. But we may contact them again if the need arises. My only complaint is about the office staff. They didn't seem to have their act together. I never received an electronic copy of our agreement. It took a while before we started receiving invoices and then I got multiple copies of the same invoice.
