We decided on a plan and signed paperwork with a begin date. The office manager wasn't going to honor the plan that the representative made & signed with me. The office manager was mean, rude and didn't care what arrangements were previously made. Things were going to be done HER way. I don't need that kind of rudeness, so I canceled my agreement to use this company. As I was getting ready to hang up, she quickly agreed to the original terms. The caregivers that came to my home were always on time and were prepared to take care of my husband. They were kind & gentle with him while accomplishing all of my goals each day. They also cleaned up after my husband and emptied any full trash cans. It was the needed help that I was looking for and was worth the money for the help.
