Not only was she gentle with my mom but had real conversations with her & treated her as I well as I do. I know its this young ladies job to care for my mom but to witness in done in a way where my mom was treated like a real person & not just a task meant the world to me. I spoke to my mom about this young lady she even went on to tell me [name removed] came & visited on Christmas on her day off as she wanted to make sure every resident had a visitor for the Holiday. I literally had tears in my eyes that my mom was in good hands.
