Complete Homecare provides a home health aide for me through the VA in Asheville. I knew it would be tough to find someone for me since I live in BFE Nowhere! [name removed] came out to my house and was wonderful. She listened to my needs, made sure she had all the information she needed, was professional and made me much more at ease about getting a home health aide. It took several tries to find the right person, but let me tell you, they got it right! [names removed] have been extremely helpful and patient. They have stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even just to check in with me and let me know that they were still working on it. Katie took my case on personally and didn’t stop until she found the right person.
My health is going to continue to deteriorate and become more complicated. I’m going to need my home health aide more and more. Knowing that I have [names removed] and the rest of the crew at Complete Homecare looking out for me puts my mind at ease. Thanks!

too many new people
I stopped using Complete Home Care just over four months ago. They were inconsistent with scheduling and could not consistently guarantee the same home aid. They constantly sent new people, which was disorienting for my grandmother. Overall, there were too many new people for staffing with Complete Homecare of America.

Our Experience
The only complaint I have is like a service I had before, they do not have enough help so consequently if you have problems or the worker that you have that comes every day gets sick or cannot come, they do not have anybody to replace some full-time.

Home Health Care for ALS patient
My brother had ALS but didn’t want to go to a nursing home. We rented a handicap apartment for him and hired Complete Home Health Care to take care of him. They were great providing competent workers that became friends for him. Not all healthcare providers work with ALS patients so we were thrilled to have them recommended. The few glitches we had were dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend Complete Home Health Care for anyone who has special needs.

Missing Consistency
There has been too much turnover with the assigned caregivers to get into a consistent rhythm with my grandmother's care. The caregivers have been unable to relate to my grandmother and, therefore, not be able to provide the best, empathetic service.

Ineffective
I don't think my experience is a reflection of [name removed], the man who owns the company.
The help he was getting wasn't great. Caregivers weren't showing up, and would lock themselves in the bathroom & fall asleep for an hour while my mom was unattended. A lot of things kept coming up back to back with them. When [name removed] was made aware, he let go of those people. As soon as something happened with the caregivers, he made sure to discharge them. He didn't have the help he needed to give the care he promised. My mom was in such dire need for care and reliability, that we eventually had to move her into an assisted living community. We only used Complete Homecare for about 9 days before we made that decision.
The service we received was not consistent or of quality. We had a couple people come in who were great. The people on the weekend were amazing, on time and very prompt. The rest of them were a nightmare. They didn't seem well vetted and would often no-call no-show, or fall asleep while we were paying them.
I think that he will eventually get a helpful group of caregivers. I feel terrible saying negative things, because it wasn't really his fault, but this is what happened to us. I would still recommend people to check out Complete Homecare, maybe [name removed] has better staff now. I really felt like he was trying to get the right people in, but couldn't.
