Several of the aides did not use gloves unless reminded or requested by family. Three of the aides did not adequately clean up the bathroom/shower area. Reported to agency/aide did not return. Three of the aides were always late but had clocked in before arriving. This was also reported to the agency. Two aides always wanted a break- did not have stamina to work a four hour shift.
