Well taken care of all the way around.
Having to deal with the memory care side, they have an impeccable style of love, care and respect for each one of the residence that I have seen as well as my own family member. The facility is clean and bright, which I have not seen in any other facility yet. I highly recommend Colonial Courtyard in Clearfield.

The staff have been excellent to deal with and are very caring of the residents. The staff is easy to get in contact with. There are so many activities for the residents and the facility is always very clean. Staff are always available.

Great place for dad
Very satisfied
Love the ease in getting in contact with receptionist and then wellness depth.
No numerous extensions and long waits for call back.
Bird cabinet so unique.
Love they.ask dad onsite at the dining room for food choice rather than having to remember to choose week before.
Love Wall of Honor with recognition. My dad an army vet
Beautiful rooms and surroundings. Love the numerous fireplaces.
Love the prompt response with pendants and caring staff

Colonial Courtyard in Clearfield is the best possible place for my Dad. He has a real nice private room and the staff are great.

Great place for excellent care
We are very happy that we chose Colonial Court Yard. For our mother. From the the top office , to all nurses , to all medical service , all aids , cleaning personal , activities director, kitchen staff , dining hall staff , front desk . We couldn’t be more happy with every service . If we had a question we always got a answer.

Place for dad
We are so fortunate to have found your facility for my dad.
He was very unhappy in his previous one but yours is so much nicer. He has made friends and likes his room and table mates at lunch
We love that he has choices at meals and that he is asked right at the table.
In previous places he'd have to remember to decide a week ahead and it would get confusing for him

A personal care facility where I feel that my mother is safe a well taken care of.
My mother has been a resident of Colonial Courtyard for several years. It is nice that each resident has their own private room where they can be surrounded by their own personal possessions which make them feel at home. There are many varied activities available for them to participate in each week. This keeps them interacting with others. In our experience the staff members are loving and caring toward the residents. Colonial Courtyard provides a sense of security to our family that our mother is in a safe environment with quick medical attention when needed.

Great place for our mother
My mother was in the memory care unit for over two years. We had a very good experience with the staff and administration there. They were always in very good communications with us and seemed to legitimately care about the residents. We experienced their level of care on a daily basis, as at least one of her children were in and out of the facility every day. They formed a good a relationship with the famiy and patients and were very supportive when it came to the end for our mother. In my mother's situation, nothing could have been perfect, but I can't imagine another facility doing any better. They adapted well to her deterioriating condition due to dementia.
We would like to thank the staff and administration for the support and comfort they gave to our mother. Several of them even attended her funeral/memorial service.

Caring Employees
They have wonderful caring employees. I cannot say enough about the care my Mother is given at Colonial courtyard, in Clearfield PA. They go out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible. My Mother likes all the people that work there, and when a certain employee is off, she always asks where she is. Colonial courtyard has given my Family and myself peace of mind in knowing that my Mother is well taken care of. My whole Family appreciates all they have done and continue to do, and wishes to thank them for their caring.

Nice place for my Mother.
The staff at Colonial Courtyard took care of everything during Mom’s transition from the rehabilitation facility, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. My mother is calling Colonial Courtyard her home now and loves it here. She fits into the community very well making new friends and seeing some old friends too. The Dinning experience here has been exceptional with a variety of choices throughout the day for each meal. The Van is always on the move taking the residents out to eat, picnics, on fall excursions, Bennezette to see the Elk, local plays and concerts, to Lights on the Lake at Christmas time, there is always something going on inside too. The Dinner Parties for the Holidays are always so relaxing and inviting. Families come in and sit with their loved ones to enjoy a wonderful meal. Just like home! My Mother just loves the Staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. My family and I made the best choice when we picked Colonial Courtyard!

Peace of mind
Our experience at Colonial has been entirely positive. My parents were in an assisted living apartment for a year before my dad passed, and the staff were so helpful during that time as my mom transitioned to memory care. I live 500 miles away and am grateful to the staff for the communication (with me) and the care they provide for mom.

Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield review
When it comes to the care services, I didn't feel they kept me in the loop with medication changes. For the activities I never saw or heard her talk about doing activities. But that may have been her mental state at that time. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. They were much better than where she was prior to that, that was [community name removed]. [community name removed]. went downhill from when she initially moved in. I thought Colonial Courtyard provided excellent care for my mother.

Amazing care
I would and have recommended them to other families.
If I had a question or my dad needed something done, it was handled immediately.
Advice to other families? Visit as often as possible. Be involved with the residents care.
They had my dad ready for appointments and we picked him up and took him. When we returned, they came out and talked to him, hugged him and walked him back to his room.
They have wonderful programs to keep the residents active and their minds busy.
On [date removed] my dad passed away. He was a quick turn. Hospice came to the facility and the staff at Colonial was there checking in every hour. I was with my dad when he passed.
I have no regrets with his care and the facility. They are amazing...I was no longer my father's care giver, I was his daughter again and we enjoyed many hours together.

Fabulous facility
We couldn’t ask for a better place for our loved one. The facility is newer and always clean. The staff is excellent. Especially the activity director [name removed]. She’s so creative with activities- manicure Monday and Cooking with [name removed]- are my favs. And the outings on the bus are so wonderful. Eating out, ice cream , picnics, scenic drives - who could ask for more. The wellness staff is attentive and keeps us informed. The common rooms are beautiful. The family meals they offer for holidays are delicious.

Great place and care for your love??ones
My friend likes it there, staff is very friendly.
Activities are great! They do great job getting residents out and about to sight see or dine out, do a movie, etc.
They have programs and music that they include friends and family members.
Do a wonderful job decorating for the seasons and holidays, place is always decorated so beautifully and feels so home like.
Kitchen staff does a wonderful job with meal & serving all residents.
The aides are super friendly & do a beautiful job caring for the residents there and making them laugh!

I am a Resident here at Colonial Courtyard for over a year now and am very happy here. The staff is friendly and very helpful.Activities are fun with a lot to do for everyone to enjoy. I have made numerous friends here at Colonial Courtyard with some old acquaintances living g here also that I have know since childhood. They decorate for every Holliday and make it feel so festive. For Christmas they put up multiple trees throughout that rooms that are very Beautiful

A wonderful place to live
First and foremost all the employees I feel are extremely wonderful to the patients there but I feel that they first much as we pay they should give her more attention besides that the place is beautiful and can’t complain
