However, she was only able to stay about 2 weeks. Her dementia was further along that we thought and she was an exit risk. Beings that this is assisted living, they do not have locked doors. They can come and go as they please - for the most part. The staff was great. Management was great. I learned a lot and had no real complaints regarding her care. Improvement advice would be to be sure and go over the medication process. Yes it is all in the book, but who reads that whole document? We struggled nearly the whole 2 weeks getting her meds straight. I would also recommend talking to the residents regarding the food. My aunt was diabetic and was retaining fluids horrible - gained about 10 pounds while she was there. She was at her new place for 1 week and all of it was gone - so I think the meals need to be more catered to the residents with medical restrictions. Otherwise, everything was very nice. I would recommend this facility to others.
