You Cook Your Own Food
My experience with Clear Creek Commons so far has been a good one, my only issue has been the fact that I have to cook my own food. The community is clean and well-kept. There aren't many activities for the residents to participate in. The staff is kind and helpful to me and always there when I need them. I would recommend this community to someone who enjoys cooking their own food.

Disapointment
I was not able to visit the communities when looking for somewhere to go. The description that was gave to me was amazing and I went with it. The outside is amazing and the inside is well kept but the problem is that this was promoted as a 55 + community but it is really 85 + I am very active in comparison to other residents. This is for someone that is more inactive and may need more assistance. I am lost here and people don't come out of their apartments to interact.

Clear Creek Commons, Golden CO.
I really like living at. Clear Creek Commons.
It is independent living at its best.
While no meals are provided, there is a service one can use. Housekeeping every 2 weeks, in suite washer and dryer, full kitchen, Friday happy hour, planned excursions, very friendly and helpful office staff, a van for appointments scheduled twice a week, all utilities and basic extended cable are part of the rent, and a great location on Clear Creek in downtown Golden, CO.
