The activities Director always has something going on and involves the residents as much as possible. The manager of memory care has done a great job of keeping the overall process moving right along. She seems to be aware of every one of the residents and their particular issues. She gets things done on time. She is always open to sitting down with a family member and answering questions or discussing their loved one who lives there. When the manager is unavailable or has a day off, the Med Tech is always available to help or to answer questions. I've looked at several senior living memory care places and this was the one I like the best.
