I will say, there is slightly less of a safety net if you aren't utilizing any services from a care provider. My aunt needed assistance once getting back to her room, but since care is outsourced to separate providers, they won't send someone if you aren't affiliated with either of them. So I would recommend just choosing one at the outset, even if you don't yet need any services, just in case. The housekeeping staff has been great so far, as have the maintenance crew. My aunt really enjoys the exercise class offered and we are so thankful she can exercise in a safe and fun environment! I would definitely recommend it!
