I have seen how management deals with each one with dignity and respect and kindness, even when residents have not spoken kindly to them! They are welcoming and attentive! [Name removed], the maintenance manager, stops in and visits each resident and responds immediately with a solution and a positive attitude and he really is attentive! He couldn't be more kind and loving and helpful! I love how [name removed] has been caring and supportive and communicates with the residents and knows them all by name! [Names removed] support even the family members, with prayer and encouragement! I couldn't be more impressed by such Kind and Loving people! \nThe chefs are extremely accommodating and I haven't seen a better selection or options for feeding so many people at once to keep them all happy and healthy! The variety and taste is top notch! My mom was such a Queen and she was treated like one. The holidays are extra special with buffets and treated like royalty. Although the facility is independent living, each staff member goes above and beyond to help each resident! Everything from cleaning to the transportation services to doctor and shopping to all the activities [name removed] that are planned daily to lawn beautification and security and safety and spirituality and even up to recently grooming (haircuts and mani/pedi) - How could one ask for anything more! I'm sure someone would think of something but seriously, the needs of many are met here! I will be forever grateful for the level of care provided to my mom, making this a perfect place for her! I would recommend Chesterfield Heights Gracious Retirement Living to anyone! My mom felt like family there and made so many friends and thrived there.
