I had to cancel my appointment with the SS office. Also, I had an appointment for a care meeting 3 days ago and am still waiting to hear from them. I think the meals are great. My mother seems to like everything that they serve. The assisted living side is gorgeous, but the memory care side is kind of bland and cold. As far as staff, they do whatever I ask, however it is hard for me to understand them. Most of them speak with a strong accent. I don't think they communicate with the family as much as I would like.
