My mom needed to go to the bathroom one evening, but all the staff was serving dinner and no one answered the call. For the money, I think we made a good choice. The first thing that struck us the most is that a lot of communities may have just one big dining hall for all the residents, but here each floor and each wing has their own little dining hall. So it's like you have your own little community with immediate neighbors. The room we got for our loved one is close by the dining room which is nice. Our loved one has told us that she like's it here, and physical therapy has really be working hard with our loved one.
