Pleased with the service
Service has been good so far. The caregivers have been friendly and competent, and we haven't run into any issues with scheduling. Due to our location caregivers are only available on certain days of the week, so if they could expand that it would be nice. Mom can be difficult to work with

Great Company
I would recommend CareBridge. The owners were very quick to return my call and answered all of my questions. I had never had home care before and they took the time to explain everything to me. Very friendly people! We wound up using their care for my father who was recovering from a fall. The aides were very compassionate. Thank you

I wanted to thank the owners at CareBridge for taking such great care of my mother, I don't usually post things but I thought other should know about their services. First, their costs were extremely fair and they took the time to explain their process of placing aides with families. The aide who took care of mom was so caring and just a lovely person. It's such a hard job and living away from her family to stay with ours is such a commitment. The nurses from CareBridge were very attentive. Any questions we had were immediately answered and the office staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. Just wanted to thank [name removed] for her hard work in such difficult times for us. "Thanks [name removed]!”

We have had a great experience with carebridge. All of the aides they have sent have been competent. They may be a little more pricier but worth it. We went with a cheaper agency prior to them and they were not as good.

Jeff was somewhat helpful. Medium priced. Nurse assessment costs $150 and is needed. Not sure of license, if worked with our long-term insurance company, and didn't know if he could get a [removed].
