I feel the staff to patient Ratio doesn't match what Sales pitched to me. The head nurse and night nurse can be very abrasive and condescending when communicating with family members. The rest of the staff is great and they take good care of my mother. She is very happy there. The food, Activities, and facility amenities for residents and their families are great. Everyone is made to feel welcome. They host great family events for the holidays. My mom is never in her room.
