Let us know what you need to thrive, at Burr Oak Manor.</p> <h3>Living Options</h3> <p>We offer several different living environments offering semi-private rooms as well as suites and studio apartments. We currently have one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units available for prospective residents. Our community has the capacity to occupy 33 residents in comfortable living spaces and is protected by an external monitoring system as well as a wander guard system to help ensure the safety of every resident.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>Burr Oak Manor is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week.
