She listened and said the nurse got in at noon and would contact her, and get back to us. That was last Friday, by Monday afternoon there was still no word so I went to the nurse and asked her it she had been contacted the answer was no. So I asked the nurse to set up the evaluation. To be fair there were some things brought up in the meeting with the finance person that did take place immediately ( carpet cleaning and an outlet check.) Communication and follow through do not seem be a strong point there. The staff is SO caring and friendly with the residents, always calling them by name speaking to them in the halls or when ever they see them. I have been extremely impressed with this aspect of the facility.
