A medical emergency put my loved one in the hospital. [name removed] went above and beyond to get my loved one admitted—in _two days_!! She arranged the assessment, guided me on a virtual tour, acquired sheets, towels, etc.. for a furnished room till we could move in, helped find a moving company, walked me through all forms (one from her home at 8p!), got needed sign offs, and supervised the move, all with unwavering good cheer and persistence. My loved one even got to keep her cat! And my loved one is so happy with the community: there are exercise classes, choir participation, special outings (e.g., a tour of Christmas lights), and lots of opportunities for socializing. Many thanks to those who made this possible. If your loved one needs care, I urge you to check out Brookdale.
