It was the first thing I noticed during my initial tour, and my subsequent experience proves it was not just for show. Everyone is kind, welcoming, courteous, friendly AND professional. They treat Mom like a member of the family. Exceptional!\n\nI am very happy with the quality of care; not just the care that Mom gets directly, but the fact that I am always kept abreast of any new developments. The staff has been kind enough to let me join Mom for meals on occasion, so I can vouch for this first hand. This may be because their activities director quit abruptly and has not been replaced yet. At normal price, I'd be tempted to give a 4 until the activities improve, and then a 4+. The base price is higher than the Ohio average, and extra fees can really add up.
