Love love love this place
We chose Brio Manor Board and Care because it was well suited to my parents needs. The clientele were alert and active. It was clean, the staff did not seem aggressive, they seemed very flexible and able to work with the selective needs of my parents. They have gone above and beyond for my parents. My parents could not be happier which gives me peace of mind. I do not think you will find many residents leaving so there is not much vacancy here. They actually screen residents before they come in to make sure they would be well suited for the facility. I would highly, highly recommend to others looking.

A Wonderful Home
My Mother in law really loves being at Brio Manor. She loves the company and the food is great. Also they have a sweet house dog. The owner [Name removed] is terrific and is very hands on. We were so grateful to find such a caring place.

Truly care.
We toured with my wife for my mother who was very ill and we had no idea residential board and cares existed. We wanted the comfort of a home not an institution for my ailing father’s end of life. Spoke to [name removed] the owner/administrator for placement and he went out of of his way. House was clean and cozy, warm and the rooms were bigger then the few we visited great value. They visited my father at a snf for an evaluation. Unfortunately my father passed before moving him in and they didnt even charge us, they really care. I wish i placed my mother sooner and had the support of Brio Manor and thier team for my mother’s last days. Highly recommend!

Frat House or Retirement Home?
I can't say much for their care as I do not know anyone in this facility but as newcomers to our quiet residential neighborhood, Brio Manor leaves much to be desired. They constantly have large recreational vehicles like boats and huge trucks parked along the street. The trucks often remain for weeks at a time, blocking the view of drivers coming around the street corner. Visitors block the neighbors' mailboxes, leave barking dogs in their cars, and have even parked with tires up on the curb. With all the young people coming and going, it feels more like a frat house than a retirement home. Again, they may have lovely, high-quality care happening inside the house but what's going on outside is upsetting for almost every neighbor on the street.

Outstanding Real Family Feel!
First hand I can tell you they are very attentive and friendly. The facility is very clean and recently renovated. The staff are caring and a joy to communicate with. Melissa who's the registered nurse admin is very informative with the my father's care and he's in good hands with their staff. Hot meals not the microwave stuff and they really care and make him part of their family. Im impressed!!!!

A Place for Mom has scored Brio Manor Board and Care 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
