We also arrange weekly happy hours and offer a variety of community clubs — such as walking club, gardening club, and men’s club — allowing you to meet others who share similar interests. <h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>We provide a variety of open-concept, wheelchair-accessible floor plans for residents to choose from. Our independent living neighborhood offers spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments equipped with full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers. A private garage and a screened-in porch is also included.</p>
<p>The assisted living neighborhood includes three different studio floor plans and a one-bedroom option. Each unit includes a convenient kitchenette and a private bathroom.</p>
<p>Our memory care neighborhood offers spacious companion studios. The private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, grab bars, and other safety features. Residents are encouraged to bring their personal belongings with them to decorate their new space and make it feel more like home.</p>

<p>Belvedere Commons of Seneca is a <em>community residential care facility</em>, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents.
