Common areas are totally immaculate, but my mother's floor could be cleaned more thoroughly.
Quantity and quality of activities is excellent, though selection of movies has declined with the appointment of a new programmer. Also, a facility of this quality and cost should have more comfortable seats in the theatre.

What we like most about the Belmont Village Hollywood Hills community is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, the volume and quality of the activities, the cleanliness, the food. If I had to make a complaint, the microwave is difficult to figure out. (I may need to purchase a different one for my mother.)

Highly recommend this friendly community!
Although we got mixed signals about whether our loved one could take their own meds or needed them distributed we are so glad they could take us in on such short notice and that sense informs all answered. It is a friendly place.

My Tour
Nice but had a lot of homeless near by. The location is very difficult to access by road. It's by the entrance to the Hollywood Bowl. Certain times of the day is huge traffic jams.

My mom is happy here

Just moved mom in!
. We worked with [name removed] at A Place For Mom who was lovely and set us up with several appointments but when we saw Belmont Hollywood it was hands-down the best. The facilities are very clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of light. But the best thing about Belmont Hollywood is the staff. From Sales (name removed) to activities (name removed) to physical therapy (name removed) to the amazing concierge (name removed, i think. Sorry if i messed that up) to the PAL staff (Agency worker [name removed] was so sweet), to [name removed] in the restaurant who is unbelievably great with his shining personality and sense of humor, it’s the staff that makes this place really shine. [name removed], the Executive Director deserves a ton of credit!. Yesterday was move-in day. It was a long day, but at the end of it all though, mom said “I’m really going to be happy here.” And I believe it. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to everyone there and to A Place For Mom. You all made a very stressful experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. A+

For my cousin, Belmont has become her new home
We have been thoroughly pleased, our family and our loved one love it there. We needed a facility to not only test our loved ones insulin levels three times a day, but also to administer the shot, they do that there 24/7. They are certified for their diabetic meals, and every month they email us the results of her insulin tests and blood work. They are very hands on. They recently remodeled the downstairs kitchen area, and it is immaculate. Prior to COVID they have movie nights, singers, workout classes, yoga and bingo. They have a bus that would also take them to different shopping places and ever hiking. Our loved one has a small apartment with a kitchenette. It is expensive, but it is in a great location. The location would be a five out of five, it is not cheap, but with everything they have to offer we feel that we are getting our moneys worth.

Collaborative and caring community
I am really happy with my father's care. I think the staff are available and open to working along side of families and residents. it can be as much of a team effort as you make. They really welcome and appreciate family involvement. The communication is very open. We chose this community becauseof its location, I loved the memory care and they were very flexible.
The memory care program is brilliant. The staff love my dad and he engages with them He is very well cared for, healthy, and stable since moving there.

While this property is right on Highland Blvd and can be a bit noisy, the space is very nice. The one bedroom layouts are generous. The staff is friendly. Food menus look good and there are plenty of public spaces and outings to keep anyone out of their room.

Friendly people!!
One of the communities that I toured was Belmont Village Hollywood. The tour guide was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and in good shape. It was a good experience to tour, but we already had another community in mind that fit what we were looking for a little better.

This is a higher level of care so it feels a little more institutional.
We haven't had any major complaints, but the communication has been a bit tough. This seems a little less homey than the last place we were. This is a higher level of care so it feels a little more institutional. Overall though I think it's good.

The Distance Was Too Far
I liked this community as well but it was not as close as another that we liked. It is a suitable community and we got an excellent tour. It is very nice but far, the traffic would have been horrible if we had picked this community.

Tour for care
I toured this community for care. The staff were nice and answered my questions I had for the care given here to the residents, I am not sure on the menu unless I was able to have a meal to see for myself. I would suggest other families tour this community.

I can not say enough about how much we like this community. Mom is making new friends. The staff are helpful and there is good communication. The food is healthy and tastes good. They offer a lot of daily activities. I would recommend this community.
