Helpful staff, excellent facility.
Bella Vita was responsive and helpful. The facility is clean and well run. The staff answered questions and went out of their way to make my mom feel welcome. I recommend the facility for those looking for an independent setting for an aging parent.

Friendly staff.
All was great with Bella Vita, our loved ones health just could not sustain the high altitude but we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Overall satisfied
Manager Concierge & Maintenance are great they advertise bimonthly maid service which I've yet to see so don't expect it ever
My apt is what they call an ADA apt so it (840 ft) is a little larger than their standard ones it has a large walk-in closet & stand alone washer & dryer non ADA apts have stackable washer/dryers unsure about the size of the closets in non ADA apts

Nice Place to Live
My loved one lives at Bella Vita. I think this facility was a good option for my loved one as he transitioned out of a single family home into an apartment. It gave him a smaller community with individuals who were at a similar stage in life. He's still very independent, but has neighbors who he can relate with. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Community is clean, however the it is not very open and not very secure. It does not feel very protected. The staff is very responsive and if I ask for something, they are very quick to respond.

Nice facility and new management
This is a very nice facility and while I was leaving, they were changing managers. They offered a lot of activities like card games, book clubs, and scrapbooking. Once a month they had a resident’s night with wine and food but unfortunately, the residents had to supply the hors d'oeuvres. All of the other residents were nice and the rooms were spacious as well. I would recommend them to other families.

I recommend Bella Vita
The staff are wonderful and truly care about the residents. They helped to make a smooth transition for my mother and she often remarks how much she enjoys living there! The apartments are well maintained and conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Very warm and welcoming, always ready to help. Lots of activities, premises is always spotless. Close to shopping and nice path area to exercise.

They were very nice, nicer than a lot of the other places. They helped with whatever transition needs my mom had, which was very helpful. It was great. They tried to include her in a lot of the activities.
