The reason we gave the overall value for cost a 1 is because all places were high in cost. They were flexible and patient when my Dad was dying. Worked around our schedule. Had we gone in with the first house, that house employee was friendly and helpful. We ended up in house 2 or B whichever they labeled and she was not friendly nor helpful.

My loved one has been a resident at BeeHive Homes of Frisco for about a year now. I'm very pleased with this facility and the care that they provide. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The meals and activities are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Nice Place
My mom was previously a resident at BeeHive Homes of Frisco. Overall, this facility is a nice place. It served us well. Unfortunately, it was really just for Hospice in our case. The owners were awesome. Our biggest problem was with the Nurses/Aides. Although they were nice and attentive, they didn't seem to be well experienced.

Highly recommend
We chose Beehive Homes because when I met the executive director and his assistant, they were wonderful. They were so eager to help from the get go and super accommodating during the whole process. It really feels like home and the staff here treat the residents like family. I would definitely recommend Beehive Homes Frisco to others without a doubt.

Wonderful Staff and Community, Just What We Were Looking For
I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones and to see if it is the right fit. The new Activities Director is awesome and they have great activities for the residents.
The community is very accommodating with requests from the family and residents. The staff communication is great with the family. The staff will call or text if any concerns arise.

I was very impressed with BeeHive Homes. although this was a very tough decision, the director and staff made this transition easy. we did tour a few different places, but this one kept coming back up. the facility is clean, it doesn't feel like a nursing home; it feels very warm and welcoming. the director, [name removed], went above and beyond to accommodate us.

BeeHive is a great place for my dad.
It's a perfect place for my dad to be for the rest of his life. We needed a place where he could have care 24 hours a day, no matter what. So if your person is in that situation, it's a wonderful place to be. It's bright and cheery. It's a new facility, so it doesn't feel old/drab. He has made friends here, and it's a nice place for him and his friends to spend their lives in an aesthetically pleasing place. They decorate for the different holidays, and the Thanksgiving decorations they have out currently look really lovely. I go there every day, so I'm very in tune with what's going on. I love the staff. They're the best. I will say the weekend people have some changeover. They're just part-timers, so they're more apt to go somewhere else after a while. They're good, but there's less consistency over time. But the regular Monday-Friday people are very consistent. Surprisingly, it's mostly men that live here. Normally in a retirement or nursing place, you think of it being mostly women. But here, it's about 75% men. And they all come out at meals and eat together in the dining room and tell their stories. And that's been good for my dad and his morale.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and we really liked this community, our tour was great and the lady we were with answered all of our questions and showed us plenty of rooms.

I would not recommend, RUN
They serve awful food, they said they are chef prepared and home style and they are not. They only serve Hispanic style foods and the portions are very small. They serve hot dogs, Mac n cheese as an entree, pizza, etc. Nothing is nutritious. My dads medications ran out here twice because they never let me know and I had to pay out of pocket to get emergency medications and had to take a day off of work. When I contacted them, they asked if I wanted them to check and see if they had any of those medications from deceased residents. I reported this all to the state. I complained to the gentlemen who runs the company and he could care less about what I had to say. All he wants is his money.

I was so fortunate to have been able to have my father stay at this home. [names removed] were so helpful and caring for my father. not just helpful and caring to get the papers signed (you know what I mean), but everyday and in every way while my father was in their care. Beehive Homes of Frisco- Highly Recommend
I highly recommend the Beehive homes in Frisco. My dad was only there for a little over a month before he passed away, but we were very happy with his care. My dad often told us how happy he was , which was very surprising because he was so very picky. He loved all of the caretakers. I arrived one day to visit and he was sitting at the table talking with three caretakers after lunch. He enjoyed the food and activities.
The Beehive of Frisco has brand new, beautiful, clean, open concept buildings for their residents. Each building can accommodate 16 residents.
[name removed], the administrator, was very helpful and professional during these Covid times. They made sure everyone followed strict sanitation and guidelines to keep everyone healthy.
Once again, I highly recommend visiting The Beehive for the loving care of your loved one!!

Moving Mom & Dad into Beehive was a daunting decision... to say the least! It’s been 6 months now and we’re all convinced it was the best decision ever. They’re happier there, met new friends, activities all the time, it’s “homey” and it’s the staff that makes this place soooo great... they are fantastic! Great facility
I moved my grandmother to BeeHive Homes of Frisco almost 2 years ago. She is so happy there. I was worried she would be upset about the move, but she adapted immediately and found her new best friend. She always tells friends and families that BeeHive takes great care of her.

Smaller facility their communication is lacking
This is a smaller facility and they did okay in caring for the residents from what I saw. They offered three meals a day at set times but they didn’t have very many meal options. The one staff member that I came in contact with, [Removed] was very attentive and focused a lot of her attention on my mom. The facility did offer a few activities but not as much as other places I had toured. The only reason why I was discouraged from this facility was because of the director. He was a great salesman but when it came time to returning my calls or communicating with me, he wasn’t good. I would recommend this facility.

Family Atmosphere
While looking for a place for my loved one this area is quite nice from the other places that we have seen. It has a family type setting, my loved one has his own private room and private bathroom, and he can look out the window and watch children playing at a nearby elementary school. We really like the family atmosphere and the very nice administrator here. The whole staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Outstanding care for family
I am happy with the care from this community. I like to knowing that she is very happy here. The community is clean and well maintained. The menu appears to be good and she is please with the variety. I see that the staff is very attentive to all of the residents that here. Nice to see the administration is active with the residents. A home feeling for everyone to enjoy living here. I would highly recommend thid community for the excellent care and the good value.
