Review of Baywood Crossing
The nursing care has been good at Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation. The staff's been friendly throughout the experience. We are disappointed that he hasn't received as many showers as we would have liked for him to have.

Some of the equipment is broken. It's very hard for the patients to get what they need as far as toiletries and what have you. It takes a while for them answered a call light.

He is resting peacefully and they seem to be taking care of him. He did not get bathed on the weekend. They were wonderful. The cleanliness is great! His nurses called us when he had an incident. They keep in contact with us.

Everything is going well and she is going out to sit outside her room. The nursing care is good and I have no complaints. She does not go to the dining room. They need to be more on it by answering the phone. They answer my questions.

They are really working with him in physical therapy here. The main thing is he is walking again. We are really happy about that. They come and check on him. Everyone is on board for teamwork. They are very friendly, which makes a big difference. The nurses get along very well. The cleaning people do a good job. It's top-notch! He has just started going to the dining room. He says the experience is good. He says the food is good also. We have not had a meeting.

Review of Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
I would definitely recommend Baywood to a friend. They have been really good. The facility is very clean both facility and his room. The meals have not been so great, The food itself isn't really good but I would like to mention that they do a good job offering alternatives. No one has ever really reached out. It would be nice to maybe get a weekly update or some way they could reach out to touch base with me. When I do ask questions they have been good about getting back to me with information.

So far, I'm not very satisfied. The staff care was not good. The girl who delivers the clothes and picks them up, she's made a good impression on me. Most of the aides are friendly. The only ones I found not friendly were two that one night that used an inappropriate tone of voice during an incident. I smell a bad odor. The meals seem to be fairly good. The only thing, I haven't had a chance to speak to the dietitian. The meals do have good flavor. The communication is not very good at all.

Review of Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
Right now he's there for therapy and he is progressing with his therapy. I like that they try to keep the patients as independent as possible. Everybody is very helpful. From my interaction with the nurses, it is good. He may say different because it's not personal care to him. He personally is not ready to mix with a crowd so he eats in his room, but he likes the food. I ask questions and they are attentive to answer.

The nurses are stellar! The staff is definitely helpful with getting things situated and worked out. I have not felt uninformed in any way. The communication has been awesome! I have not seen anything in terms of cleaning that would make me pause. I would absolutely recommend the facility!

I like it because it's clean, everyone is friendly, and the staff cooperate with you. The therapist talked to my husband when he wasn't feeling too well and made him feel really comfortable. The nurses always take time for anything he asks. He never has to sit and wait in pain. Everyone has introduced themselves to me. They make him feel good, like he is not alone. It looks very clean to me. As soon as you walk into the door, the floors are clean. Staff is cleaning around the clock. He is getting the portions he needs. They are better cooks than I am. I talked with the social worker and she told him everything he needs to do.
