Replaced Bayada
The Bayada in Philadelphia is the absolute worst. My child was a neglected and abandon. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, to me that would be hitting below the belt. Please, choose another company that cares and would keep your loved ones safe!!!!!

Bayada needs to get their acts together. Stop erasing people's reviews with concerns about your company! You need to realize and face your imperfections so you can have a better company. Until you do so, WE will constantly bring it to your attention. Fix it!

Happy with the service
I've been pleased with the service so far. The nurses have been friendly, and they're always available when we need them. Any time I've called with any sort of request they've always been able to accommodate us. Working with an organization and not an individual nurse means the price is higher, but other than that no complaints.
