our family's experience
When it comes to the activities - we are awaiting new Memory Support Director, hoping to see more activities and more varied activities. For the value for cost, expensive, care varies depending on staffing of the day, lucky to be very close by to visit daily and support. We do appreciate the fact that MS patients have access to many of the activities in AL and access to multiple outdoor spaces, including one they can access on their own. Also appreciate that the staff takes them out for walks around the neighborhood. We would recommend Balfour Central Park!

Beautiful community-Kind people
Beautiful spaces for residents & families to enjoy. They hire kind, service minded individuals that truly care about their residents. Balfour is 5-Star senior living. Central Park looks like a luxury resort with the warmth of a cozy cottage. Check it out for yourself!

Don't go there.
Don't go there. Initially sent my mother there to keep her safe when she broke her shoulder She had more falls there than in her entire life--from January to May 2023, when she broke her hip.

Great place for a respite stay and long term
Balfour at Central Park is a great place. I was very impressed with everything. Wonderful caring facility. Many staff there to talk and work with the residents. Would definitely have my dad stay there long term.

A Great Choice for My Mom
The admissions process was very supportive. They made it easy. Mother was discharged from rehab and needed a place to stay within three days, and they accommodated her in a temporary room and then did the move to her final room without charge. [name removed] in leasing has spent weeks helping me get paperwork in order for insurance, saving me hours of time. And the care has been excellent. They're very attentive. When Mother said she no longer needed a walker, they verified with her doctor, physical therapist, and with me to make sure. The medical staff who administer medications and the nurses have great communication with me. And it's wonderful having in-house physical therapy for her.

If you are looking for the caring, best place to live, this is Balfour! After experiencing another alleged care center, thank goodness the doctor we see recommended Balfour. The living arrangements are perfect for all residents. I am thrilled with the staff and the excellent, caring executive in charge. So caring and so perfect! The best of the best for you or a loved one that will love the companionship, the food, the adventures, and the sincere care from everyone there. Simply fabulous for you or loved ones or anybody!
