<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>We currently offer floor plans in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. All of our units feature private baths, comfy sleeping alcoves, and conveniently situated kitchenettes. Utility packages are included in the monthly rate as well as an emergency alert system. Staff provide apartment and housekeeping services regularly, so residents never have to bother with maintenance and can preserve more of their time doing what they enjoy.</p>
<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Atria Santa Clarita is a <em>residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE)</em>, which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as <em>assisted living facilities</em> and <em>board and care facilities</em>. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.</p>
