The staff was incredibly helpful and made his move-in process smooth. He initially settled into a studio apartment while on the waitlist for a studio alcove. After about eight weeks, he was able to move into the studio alcove, which he absolutely loved, along with the community environment. When my dad passed away unexpectedly, the staff was compassionate and made the process of moving his belongings much easier for us. My father joined the AP community in January of 2022. He had lived alone in a remote home for more than 30 years. He was reclusive and at times refusing help/care. I can honestly say after a year at AP he is out of his shell, making friends, participating in their abundance of daily actives and just overall a happier person. My father used to even refuse to eat at times. However now I get almost daily phone calls. Telling me about the amazing meal he just had or how some of the staff just dropped by to say hi for awhile. They really do treat each member as if they were caring for their own parents. I couldn’t recommend Ashley Pointe enough. They are a great addition to the Lake Stevens community!!
