I visit quite frequently thus I am able to witness Ashley Court's teams in action. I have been to other homes and frequently would see staff off in the corner playing on their phones, not at here. I feel that I have probably interacted with most of the employees, from the cooks, to med techs, nurse, activities, doctors and managers. The are all very approachable and eager to engage. They are wonderful. I can honestly rest at night knowing my mother is in the best hands.
