Peace of Mind at Arden
I showed up at Arden about 2 years ago and in shambles. It was a road of disappointment that turned into realization and trust. The discouragement I felt was heard and received by staff at Arden. The grace the staff showed me will not be forgotten. Now I look forward to going to see my mom at Arden Courts. Instead of fear - it is replaced with confidence and looking forward to spending time with my mom! The caretakers are angels on this earth!

As a professional guardian it is a facility that I refer to the most. This property does an excellent job. The food is excellent. The activities are engaging. The particepants feel at home. Their activities are 7 days a week.

It is always a great visit at Arden Court. From the moment we enter the facility, the staff welcome is bright and warming. The facility is always clean and the staff and workers genuinely show concern for each other. We always leave with a positive outlook after our visit.

Seems to be an excellent memory care facility. Smaller size, homey feel. Staff appears engaged. Building was clean and well maintained. The residents' rooms are remarkably tiny which stood in stark contrast to other facilities I toured. I believe this is a purposeful design to encouge residents not to stay in their rooms all the time, but maybe this was taken a bit to the extreme.

Arden Courts is so clean and the caregivers and staff are so nice, so professional. Food is amazing, there is a beautiful almost a mile walk you can walk with your loved one, even a place to sit and eat or just chat with them!

As a Physician, I find the atmosphere at Arden Courts very nurturing, the staff members are friendly, approachable and kind to the residents. This is a home like environment with activities to stimulate and encourage the residents to participate.

Beautiful facility
The greeting as you walk in the door, is always so pleasant & welcoming. As you continue through the hallways, staff are friendly. Building is clean & the residents enjoy the beauty of the large outdoor open walking area. The holidays are always festive & decorations galore. Events are well communicated. Staff are accommodating and will answer questions (health related & otherwise) as they arise. As a family member, I feel comforted knowing my loved one is in a safe environment.

Amazing place
Arden Courts of WPB consistently stands out as a warm, professional and caring memory care option for families. Arden Courts is clean, secure and has a homelike atmosphere. There is excellent communication and the team is genuinely focused on quality of life for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia!

Wonderful!
The community is wonderful! In my experience, I have a patient here and I feel it is very lovely, independent for the patients and the memory care feels like paradise. Beautiful courtyard. The staff is lovely, gentle, respectful, so much more I could say. I'm here every day, 7 days a week, they are just marvelous!

Sincere, Caring, Staff!
Having to make an emergency decision, as to where my husband would be living, after he left the hospital, i scheduled my first visit.
I had scheduled an appointment with Arden & had a couple of other places that I planned to visit. Had a great tour & was discussing things when I had a call from the hospital, that they had discharged my husband and where did I want him to be delivered. The care and compassion that was given to me at that moment, made my decision. I just gave the Phone to [Name Removed] and said "tell them to bring him here".

VERY POSITIVE VISIT
We visit my step mother here, during our annual visit to FL, and call at other times to check up on her and speak to her on the office mobile phone. The office staff is very accommodating with these calls. She is unable to live independently, and has excellent care at this facility. Her room and bathroom are always clean and orderly. She has clean clothes available, and she is well fed. The staff is very friendly and respectful of the residents, and they address and encourage them all by name. My step mother had intense anxiety when she first came here, but as time has gone on, she has responded very well to her environment here and now seems mostly calm and contented. There are lots of activities for the residents and special holiday celebrations. We are very happy with the care she is receiving, and always look forward to our visits.

Overall good based on the care given to the tenants. The nursing staff is great and [name removed] has been great along with the rest of the nursing staff as I get very few calls unlike the previous place I had my mother in. This place is very clean and they are very attentive to everybody there.

Our families experience
We were in the process of moving my mother to Arden when she was sent to the hospital with a broken hip from a fall at her prior home. The staff at Arden was nothing short of amazing. They were able to get her into West Gate, the rehab next to them. We had a horrible experience from [community removed] prior to that. Unfortunately my mother had to be returned to the hospital before she could actually stay at Arden. The staff still kept tabs on her and reached out to me constantly to check up on not only her but to make sure I was being taken care of also, what with me being her sole caregiver.
My mother was sent to the hospital again with heart issues and she was eventually put into hospice care and passed a few days later. The staff was very accommodating as far as removing her possessions and [name removed] even attended her funeral even though he didn't know her yet. They reached out to me after she died to see how I was doing. I'm sorry that she was never able to live there because I feel that she might still be around if she did.
All in all I was impressed with the facility because when I was in there I saw happy residents not sad depressed ones. I know it's a memory care but they weren't miserable like you see at other places.
I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a safe place for a loved one. I wish I had more experience with them.

A Family's Long Distance Excellent Experience
100% excellent. They have done an amazing job with my dad. The staff have given him incredible individualized care, have taken him to his favorite old dancing place, made sure he was clean and has been always concerned about things they can do for his decreasing appetite, increased confusion, and tremors. They don't stop until they can make things better for the residents. We are quite relieved he is safe and appears happy when he is lucid or not. He's not a big eater anyway but I know he's been doing better since the staff intervened.

I love Arden Cts. My experience has been great, and I really appreciate the friendly staff, the clean facility, and the quality of care. The only downside for me is the pricing. It feels a bit high for what’s included. The cost covers room, board, food, and personal care, but extras like auxiliary services and personal care products aren’t included, which adds up.
