Care for my husband on the Assisted Living side is kindly given and adequate, although response time can be slow due to small staff and his need for two people to do transfers - bed to chair and chair to bed - with a lift. The only reason I give activities a 4 rather than a 5 is that the facility is small enough that it doesn't have the variety of larger communities and fewer residents to participate. The staff is friendly and receptive to suggestions and do their best to get folks involved. I recommend Arbor Village to people who are looking for friendly care at a smaller facility set on a pretty piece of property.
