To be perfectly honest, the 1 thing that have been of concern for me is a security issue e.g. access to each tenant's room, I think that the internal controls in that area needs to be tightened. The Front desk should have a written log each time that a worker, etc. needs a key for a specific room and that worker should sign when taking and returning the key/fob. (If 1 Fob fits all, the rooms being visited should be identified.
