The staff was always friendly and we were happy that there was consistent staffing...not a lot of turnover. There was a lovely courtyard where we could spend some outdoor time. My only complaint was one that seems to be an issue in all nursing homes. That would be clothing that seemed to go missing. Often [name removed] would be dresses in clothes that weren't hers. The staff were always courteous. I saw where the staff did things for the residents to keep them engaged, especially at holiday time.
