The balconeys ate great to look out at all the birds , squirrels etc. There is outdoor seating area for the residents, and a free laundry mat you can use if you want to do your own laundry. The staff have been very accommodating since we've moved in. The apartment is small but very nice. It was clean and ready for us, and they made a few little repairs/ tweaks that needed done. I think the layout is very nice. We were little disappointed that our loved ones didn't get to see the doctor/nurse practitioner right away upon move-in, but they were able to do so a couple of weeks in. It also would have been nice if they had a cart/etc. up front to help with moving in or carrying heavy items. But it has been a good experience overall - we've been very pleased!
