The front office staff are very approachable and always willing to address questions or concerns that families or friends may have. There is an LVN on duty during each shift who is available to answer questions regarding medications or medical needs. As a whole, the caregiving staff is excellent. They are routinely shifted between the different levels of care and get to know the residents by name and understand their unique needs. The relationship that develops between the care staff and resident is remarkable. When not at the facility, I feel comfortable knowing my friend is well cared for.
