It is very clean here. The majority of the staff are friendly - the front office, and admin people, and the main nurses are great. But the high staff turnover is the actual care people- like the CNAs and stuff there is a lot of turnover of actual workforce that is frustrating. As far as quality of care, they do their best but the turnover in staff definitely affects care.
