<p>A Serenity AFH aims to provide a welcoming and active stay while taking care of seniors' needs. Nursing staff provide daily care and assistance around the clock. Services provided depend on each senior's level of independence and which needs should be considered. Care includes assistance with personal care needs like eating, incontinence help, personal hygiene, and more. While staff can help with medication management and administration, a contracted nurse comes to the home to provide any skilled nursing tasks. Visiting nurses can provide assistance in wound care, diabetes management, intravenous treatment, and more. Hospice and respite care are available for seniors as well.</p>
<p>Three meals a day are served in the house, and snacks are available throughout the day. Nutritional needs are accommodated when planning each senior's meals.</p>
