I think the flexibility of what they are able to provide meets the needs of the patients.
It's consistent caregivers that allow my mom to build a relationship with caregivers. One thing is the care notes. It helps me know my mom's experience because I'm not always there. I find nothing wrong; it meets my needs at the time. They are ideal because they have done such a good job.

I like that they listen to me.
They are good listeners. Taking me out to my appointments and helping me clean my room has been really helpful for me. They do cleaning, and they get me to my appointments. I like the office staff, and I like everything about them. I am very satisfied with their communication. The caregivers have been well-matched, they help me with cleaning, and I love how they provide care for me.

My daughter selected this agency after reading the reviews online; she read that the reviews were highly rated, and it turns out that is true. I recommend this agency because we have been satisfied so far. Synergy has made my loved one's experience better by assigning us caregivers who have established a good relationship with my loved one. The caregivers have established a personal relationship with my loved one. The office staff communicates well when there is a need for a substitute. Personal relationships have been developed with my caregiver and my loved one.

I like the communication. They have good communication. They need to focus on improvement. They provide ease of conversation. [name removed] does an amazing job with visiting her patient and his wife regularly, and on a personal level. The caregiver has good communication.

I like the caregivers who come. The office staff is prompt.
The caregiver helps with companionship and encourages the client to do his P/T. She also does light housekeeping. The caregiver is very good at being a good listener. The office staff is helpful by answering their phone. They are responsive on the same day. They keep me informed if the schedule changes. I appreciate that the caregiver is friendly and professional. She has a pleasant personality and is willing to help.

They offered the times we needed.
We have had very good caregivers that are reliable; the staff has been good to deal with. They were responsive and
sent someone out to do the initial interview; they called to check to see how it was going with the caregiver. They call and check in to see how everything is going with the caregiver; they explain their services well. She relates to Dallas very well; she finds things they can do together. She washes the sheets and bedding; she does that every week. She cleans the kitchen and puts dishes away. They are responsive; I can get ahold of them right away. It is made positive by them always being here. The caregiver being consistent with the care that is needed, such as feeding him on time and making him walk. They are great at always letting us know if the caregiver will be late, and they are good at letting us know what is going on. So overall, great communication. I love how personal the care attendants are.
[name removed] goes above and beyond, and is a perfect match for my grandpa. Anytime I have an issue or concern with one of the care attendants, I call it in and voice my concerns, and I am thoroughly heard. They are a vital part of my grandfather's routine because I am 3 hours away and can't be there. My grandfather looks forward to her coming every morning and afternoon. She makes his whole day and is our eyes and ears, and writes up reports to know exactly what is going on. The communication helps me. They call me if they aren't able to find someone to cover. They treat him like a grown man; they don't speak condescendingly.

I like the care of the caregivers.
Their attitude towards their job is very positive. The care and compassion they show to [name removed] is good, and through the notes they exchange, they understand what needs to be done. She needs people who are specially trained, and they do it very well. They do everything well. They make sure she's safe. They've been supportive, they listen, they take care of the needs we have, and they are positively responsive. They are compassionate, caring, and understanding of what needs to be done and the details involved in doing it. We are satisfied with everything at this point.

They have good communication and excellent providers.
They have helped my mom stay active and engaged in life. She goes above and beyond and knows the needs of my mom and adapts daily. They let me know when the provider isn't available, and they offer subs. They are organized and flexible, and they meet my mom's needs as they come.

They had the ability to help us if we needed care for under four hours.
They are very flexible and friendly. They have been really helpful and very accommodating. They are giving him a little bit more independence, which is huge for him. Some of the caregivers have been more comfortable with his needs than others; the person we have now is very comfortable with his needs. They are quick to respond and update us on scheduling and staffing. Their portal, though, can make things hard. The main caregiver has been really receptive and makes time to connect with him. They match his pace and work in ways that are helpful for both of them. With the portal that I can use to communicate with them, they don't always get the message in a timely manner.

I have already told people about the agency.
They have great care, and they are always happy to hear about it. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful provider for me. They help with transportation, and they help me with walking since I have a cane. They help with assigning caregivers I have before, so I am familiar with my caregivers, even the substitutes as well. I like that they listen and are very helpful. I don't have any complaints. I am very happy with my providers, and my son is as well.

I like everything the agency does for me.
The services help me out a bunch; they improve my life; they are a good company. The caregivers give me my medication, clean the house, make food, vacuum for me, wash the dishes, and do everything. The office calls once in a while; on the days I'm not going to be here, they write it down and let the caregiver know. I appreciate that they are kind and clean and that they are wonderful people who care about me.

The caregivers have been great, and the communication has been helpful. They help him get out of bed and help him to the bathroom and with hygiene. They help with meds and mobility as well as breakfast and coffee. They take him to physical therapy, and that is very helpful. They have been very helpful in setting everything up. I like their attitudes, and the care professional is especially encouraging and concerned. They get him to do his physical therapy.

They have provided care and interaction with my husband. They keep my husband engaged and treat him with respect as well as always being on time. They communicate well if there is an issue or if they need to make a change to our schedule. I like the interaction and dedication.
