Houck's stayed in contact with me and checked on Mom's progress during my Mom's hospital and rehabilitation stays. They were compassionate and empathetic throughout her over 2 month stay in different facilities! They came highly recommended by a Place for Mom. Every step of the process was met with compassion and flexibility. They really make it customizable to meet your needs! When Mom finally came out of the. Multiple hospital stays, nursing home stays, and the stay at the rehabilitation hospital, Houck's made themselves available to be there for Mom again!!! They are still with Mom and I can not thank them enough!
