Caregiver on phone most of the time
[name removed] the owner of Home Matters is great when she worked with my mom. [name removed], the assigned caregiver stayed on her phone while caring for my mom. She also decided to ask personal questions that my mom told her about that offended us. Caregivers need to realize when there are work from home employees, they are there to care for their clients. They may not know about working from home and we do not have the time to have full blown conversations. Have them talk with the client you are working with, not the homeowners or responsible party.

Still new, and hoping it gets better.
I am using the agency for my aging Aunt, who is nearing 85. She was needing help with showering, and some light cleaning, such as polishing end tables, bathroom cleaning, mopping, some vacuuming as needed, wiping down kitchen, and taking the trash barrel out, before leaving. The first two visits we really didn't get what we were hoping for. The third visit they brought a new caretaker in, and my Aunt isn't really satisfied with her attitude, as she needed to be asked for everything she did, then seemed reluctant. She's going to give her another try. I just want my Aunt happy. She doesn't ask for much.

Kind and Caring Assistance
The owner of this company, [Name Removed], is very kind and caring. She gives personalized service by coming to meet with you at home before starting services. Really appreciate that kind of attention. They provide non-medical caregiving.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Home Matters Caregiving of North Denver, CO

A Place for Mom has scored Home Matters Caregiving of North Denver, CO 7.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.   We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.   Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
