She’s proven to be just what we needed — someone who not only helps my Mom with domestic tasks and drives her to occasional appointments, but also someone my Mom enjoys interacting with.\n\nIf there’s been one drawback, it was when we decided in [Date Removed] that my Mom also needed weekend help. I repeatedly called[Name Removed] work cell phone to discuss this and never got a reply. Eventually I contacted Home Helpers and learned she’d retired, but that the agency had never updated her voice mail message. I was also told the agency was short-staffed and couldn’t identify a weekend aide who would be consistently available.
